Job Summary: Developing system requirements, architecture, and interfaces for the aircraft wiring systems to integrate aircraft systems and manage data bus and power requirements Develop aircraft wiring architecture, diagrams and schematics using Mentor Graphics Use Capital Harness Systems (CHS) toolset and release wiring drawings in coordination with aircraft systems engineers and wire routing and installation design engineers Evaluate wiring systems architecture in model-based design environment and architecture tools Support wiring suppliers, aircraft build installation, aircraft testing and operations, and aircraft/system qualification and certification.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience Developing system wiring requirements, architecture, and interfaces for the aircraft wiring systems.
• Direct use of MENTOR GRAPHICS Capital® tools for electrical wiring design (schematic, wiring diagrams, wire harness platform architecture, wire harness engineering, manufacturing formboard and tooling, technical publications).
• Familiarity with military certification and electrical wiring industry standards for aircraft.
• Candidates must be eligible to obtain a Secret Security Clearance

Nice To Haves

• Experience with system development and testing in a systems integration lab
• Experience with aircraft installation, functional testing, and troubleshooting
• Enovia, DOORS, and Serena Dimensions
• Creation of system architecture and wiring schematics.

Responsibilities
