We are currently looking for a dedicated Wire & Cable Production Operator to join our evening shift team. As a Wire & Cable Production Operator, you will play an important role in producing high-quality cable products while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and safety throughout the manufacturing process. You’ll work alongside an experienced production team and contribute directly to delivering products that meet our quality standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or production
  • Comfortable using measuring tools and reading technical instructions
  • Good math skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive manual tasks
  • Manual dexterity and strong hand-eye coordination
  • Reliable, punctual, and motivated to learn
  • Positive attitude and strong team spirit

Nice To Haves

  • Cable splicing or rigging experience is a strong asset
  • Reliable transportation is an asset due to evening hours

Responsibilities

  • Perform cable splicing and operate cable press equipment safely and efficiently
  • Measure, cut, assemble, and inspect wire, cables, chains, and related products according to specifications
  • Complete quality checks throughout production
  • Maintain accurate documentation and inventory records
  • Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe
  • Follow all health & safety procedures and company standards
  • Report hazards or incidents promptly
  • Support the team with other production tasks as needed

  • Starting wage: $23.07/hour + $1.25/hour evening premium
  • Full-time position with permanent status after successful probation
  • Evening schedule: 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM
