About The Position
At Bell & Evans, we take pride in delivering high-quality products safely and efficiently. The Pallet Jack Operator plays a key role in keeping our production and shipping operations running smoothly by ensuring products are moved, staged, and prepared on time for distribution. In this role, you are an essential part of the flow of operations—helping make sure the right product is in the right place at the right time so production never slows down. You will also support staging and loading activities for shipments, helping ensure our customers receive products accurately and on schedule.

Responsibilities
- Move palletized products to designated areas to support production and shipping needs
- Follow supervisor direction to ensure product is available on the floor at all times
- Monitor workflow and communicate proactively if shortages or delays may occur
- Prepare pallets and create combo bins as needed
- Perform daily pre-operation checks on pallet jack equipment to ensure safe operation
- Operate pallet jack safely and follow all safety procedures at all times
- Assist with staging and loading Bell & Evans products for shipment
- Ensure accurate labeling, containerization, and inventory tracking
- Take immediate action to report or address any safety or quality concerns
