About The Position

Folino Estate is seeking a highly organized, guest-focused Winery Concierge to serve as the primary point of contact for guest communications, reservations, events, and hospitality support across our winery, restaurants, and inn. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating memorable guest experiences, solving problems, and serving as a key communication hub within a growing hospitality organization.

• Experience with reservation systems, hospitality operations, or event coordination preferred

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, social media, and online reviews
• Assist guests with reservations, events, wine experiences, and general questions
• Manage reservation systems and event bookings through Tock
• Coordinate guest requests and communications across multiple departments
• Support private event and wedding inquiry processes
• Help maintain exceptional guest experiences through proactive communication and issue resolution
• Assist with reporting, reservation administration, and event support
