Winery/B&B team member
About The Position
Deer Creek Winery and Watson Estate Bed and Breakfast is looking to add full time Customer Service Specialists to the DCW family at its recently opened property in Uniontown. This position's primary focus will be counter/retail sales spotlighting our wines and helping customers relax and enjoy their B&B stay. Along with traditional sales, the role may be called upon to assist with food preparation and also light cleaning duties at the discretion of the management team. We are all a big TEAM here and TIPS are SPLIT between all staff once you are fully trained! We feel every aspect of our customer's time here from housekeeping to sales to the food they eat are all part of the Customer Experience and our whole team should be rewarded! Being a hospitality position, working weekends is required.

- People person
- Well-rounded individual that enjoys providing wonderful customer service in a beautiful and inviting atmosphere
- Ability to work in many areas of the Winery & Inn B&B
- Enjoy talking with customers and learning about wine
Responsibilities
- Provide amazing customer-centric experiences for all guests.
- Utilize a provided sales process to achieve personal and company goals
- Work in the kitchen area and do some general cleaning
