This role supports finished wine and bottling operations by maintaining clean, safe, and production-ready equipment and work areas. The Technician is responsible for thoroughly cleaning and preparing tanks, hoses, pipelines, and bottling equipment, while also assisting with wine transfers and bottling activities. This position follows established safety and quality standards and works closely with Packaging, Quality, Cellar, and Winery teams to ensure equipment and product integrity. Shift: Graveyard — 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM
