The Wine Director is responsible for ensuring excellence in guest satisfaction through a commitment to a "Do Whatever It Takes Attitude" and a hands-on, lead by example management style. This role involves working the floor during restaurant hours, guiding guests through beverage offerings, and executing wine service. The Wine Director will maximize wine revenue through attentive, guest-centered salesmanship, assist service staff and management with basic restaurant tasks when necessary, and possess commanding knowledge of the wine list, menu pairings, and all other beverages offered. Additionally, this role includes ordering all wine to ensure accurate inventory and sufficient product on hand to support operations.
