Provide Windows systems administration support for the Advanced Technology Laboratory (ATL). This role involves compliance monitoring and remediation for Windows, Mac, and server environments in accordance with NIST framework. Responsibilities include installation, configuration, administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Windows Desktop and Server computer systems, as well as supporting software, servers, workstations, laptops, and virtual machines. The position also entails managing Windows Server backup services and CIFS/SMB storage solutions, performing audits for compliance, and maintaining computer hardware/software inventories and documentation. The role requires a dynamic skill set, willingness to work with new technologies, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective problem-solving abilities, and excellent judgment. The candidate must be able to work independently, maintain a professional demeanor, communicate effectively with clients, work under pressure, and accept supervision. Regular and punctual attendance is expected. The selected applicant will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
