The position also involves managing domain user accounts, permissions, and role assignments, troubleshooting Tier 3 incidents, and automating administrative tasks using PowerShell and Ansible. Maintaining enterprise source code and configuration repositories using GitLab, providing 24x7 operational support, and documenting system changes are also required. The role supports Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022 across various platforms (VMware, Azure, AWS, GCP) and administers technologies like Azure VMware Solution (AVS), VMware vSphere, PowerShell, Ansible, GitLab, Carbon Black, CyberArk, Defender, Remedy, and ServiceNow.
