About The Position

Netrix Global is looking for a Windows System Administrator to join our Managed Services – Site Operations team. This role involves managing and maintaining Azure cloud infrastructure, administering Windows Server environments, developing automation scripts, monitoring systems, troubleshooting incidents, and collaborating with global teams to ensure service reliability and operational excellence. The position also includes managing web servers, supporting critical business applications, and participating in operational support rotations. Creating and maintaining technical documentation is also a key part of the role.

Requirements

Experience working in Infrastructure Operations, Systems Administration, Cloud Operations, or similar roles
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including Virtual Networks (VNets), Virtual Machines, and Conditional Access Policies
Strong knowledge of Windows Server technologies, including Active Directory, Entra ID, and IIS
Experience developing automation scripts using PowerShell and/or Python
Experience with infrastructure and application monitoring tools, ideally Datadog
Experience managing and troubleshooting web server environments
Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience working in rotational support environments and collaborating with globally distributed teams

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting Java microservices environments, including WildFly application servers

Responsibilities

Managing and maintaining Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring availability, performance, and security
Administering and supporting Virtual Networks, Virtual Machines, and Conditional Access Policies across enterprise environments
Managing Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Entra ID, and IIS administration
Developing and automating operational tasks using PowerShell and Python scripting
Monitoring applications, infrastructure, and services using Datadog and other enterprise monitoring platforms
Troubleshooting production incidents and performing root cause analysis across cloud and on-premise environments
Collaborating with global operations teams to maintain and improve service reliability and operational excellence
Managing web servers and supporting critical business applications across multiple environments
Participating in operational support rotations and providing coverage for infrastructure monitoring activities
Creating and maintaining technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge base articles
