About The Position

This role involves processing customer orders in a fast-paced work environment. The Windows Order Desk Clerk will be responsible for completing the new order process within 10 business days of contract signature, maintaining order file folders and management systems with all required documentation and data, and performing additional administrative duties as required. The position requires a high attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and strong time-management skills to process files efficiently with little or no supervision. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, conscientious of deadlines, able to work under pressure, and flexible to accommodate changing needs in a consistently evolving environment. Discretion when dealing with confidential information is also important.

Requirements

  • Live in greater Edmonton area or be willing to relocate
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to complete a high volume of work within deadlines
  • Computer skills to utilize and maximize the capability of various MS Office software applications to enhance productivity
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced accounting environment that requires adaptability and on-the-spot problem solving
