Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent experience.
Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving abstract.
Demonstrated ability to safely use hand and power tools.
Basic understanding of exterior construction systems, including siding, soffit, fascia, and window installations, or willingness to learn.
Working knowledge of job site safety practices, including PPE use, ladder safety, and fall protection requirements.
Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and quality standards consistently.
Basic communication skills to work effectively with team members and customers.
Ability to work as part of a crew in various weather conditions.
Comfortable using mobile devices for job documentation and communication.

Nice To Haves

Experience in construction, exterior repairs, roofing, siding, or a related trade.
Fall protection certification or willingness to obtain required safety certifications.

Responsibilities

Complete exterior repairs and installations that meet quality and safety standards.
Assist with siding, soffit, fascia, and window work.
Set up job sites.
Handle materials.

Keep job sites clean and organized.
Support overall workflow and productivity.
