About The Position

Window World Twin Ports Region is looking for an experienced Service Technician to join our growing team. This position starts as part-time (20–30 hours per week) with the expectation of quickly growing into a full-time role as our service department continues to expand. We believe service work is about more than fixing windows and doors—it's about taking care of people. Our goal is to provide every homeowner with an exceptional experience, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in solving problems the right way the first time.

Requirements

Previous window and door service or installation experience is required.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Friendly, professional communication with customers.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Complete service and warranty repairs on windows and doors.
Diagnose and resolve installation or product-related issues.
Perform occasional window and door installations when repairs require.
Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide an outstanding customer experience.
Represent Window World with professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail.
Document completed work and communicate service findings with the office.
