About The Position

The Installer will assist in performing safe and effective installations following all Company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and PPE protocol while providing customers with a 5-star experience. This role involves arriving at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks, traveling to customer homes, greeting them, and establishing rapport. Key tasks include removing existing window/door space, installing replacement windows and exterior doors, and replacing trim. The role also requires thorough cleanup, showing care for the customer's home, collecting paperwork and payment, and returning to the warehouse.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction – or a hunger to learn!
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities
