We are seeking a skilled Window & Door Installer with carpentry or construction experience to join our team. This role involves installing residential windows and doors, performing finish carpentry, and delivering high-quality workmanship while maintaining a safe and professional job site.

Requirements

Previous experience in window installation, door installation, carpentry, construction, remodeling, or a related trade
Ability to read and follow work orders and installation instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

Install residential windows and doors, including replacement and new construction applications
Remove and replace existing windows and doors
Perform finish carpentry, trim work, framing adjustments, and basic drywall repairs
Measure, cut, and install interior and exterior trim
Ensure installations are level, plumb, weatherproof, and completed to quality standards
Safely operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, scaffolding, and other installation equipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and other contractors
Complete required paperwork and maintain company tools, materials, and vehicles
