Window World of Cleveland is seeking established, professional installation crews to join their network as Independent Contractors (1099 Partners). They are a family-owned organization with over 20 years of history and multiple locations, offering a consistent, high-volume partnership for businesses. The company provides world-class products (Windows, Doors, Siding), handles sales, measuring, and materials, allowing installers to focus on their expertise, crew management, and schedule. This role offers uncapped earning potential based on speed and quality, weekly pay, and the opportunity to work with a reputable brand known for "Made in the USA" products.
Requirements
- Significant experience in replacement windows, doors, or siding installation.
- Lead-safe certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Reliable transportation.
- Own professional tools.
- A professional crew.
- General Liability and Workers' Comp insurance.
- Ability to pass a standard background check.
Responsibilities
- Install replacement windows, doors, or siding.
- Represent the Window World brand on-site.
- Ensure sites are left clean and customers are happy.
- Perform installations efficiently and with quality, doing it right the first time.
- Manage your crew and your schedule.
- Utilize your own tools and reliable transportation.
