Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant construction experience.
• Window and door installation experience preferred.
• Construction, renovation, exterior finishing, or remodeling experience considered.
• Strong workmanship and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage your own crew and jobsite.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Own truck.
• Own trailer.
• Own tools.
• A crew of at least two people.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Automobile insurance.
• General liability insurance, minimum $1 million per occurrence.
• References or examples of past work.
