Subcontractor - Window / Door Installers Needed
About The Position
Champion Window is seeking independent contractors to install windows and doors. This role offers a consistent workflow and the opportunity to grow your business. Champion provides the materials and handles sales and measurements, while installers are responsible for the installation according to code and manufacturer specifications. The company manufactures custom sunrooms, screen rooms, patio covers, and patio enclosures, and also installs replacement windows, entry doors, and vinyl siding. They are looking for talented, reliable, and motivated individuals for high-quality installation of their products.
Requirements
- Insured independent businessperson
- Own tools to complete projects
- Privately owned vehicle and way to transport product from warehouse to project site
- 5-years minimum experience installing replacement windows (Window Installers)
- Ability to communicate effectively & professionally with customers
- Basic arithmetic abilities including using a tape measure
- Detail oriented and pride in your craft
Responsibilities
- Interact with Champion customers in a professional manner
- Loading materials into your truck from our warehouse
- Install replacement windows & doors per code and our manufacture specifications
- Achieve high customer satisfaction
- Contribute to a positive and fair team environment
