About The Position
Joyce Factory Direct is seeking an experienced 2–3 person Window & Door Installation Subcontractor Crew to support our growing Columbia market. With a large backlog of projects and consistent installation volume, we offer the opportunity for steady, year-round work with an established company that has been serving homeowners since 1955. We offer piece rates starting at $150+ per window and $500+ per entry door and door system. We provide direct deposit upon job completion, with installations scheduled in advance. Products are staged and ready for pickup at our warehouse. Projects are fully measured, sold, and ready for installation before reaching your schedule. We offer dedicated production and scheduling support.
Requirements
- Established 2–3 person installation crew
- Experience installing residential windows and entry doors
- Own truck, trailer, and installation equipment
- Valid driver's license and insurance
