About The Position

Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows, is seeking skilled and reliable subcontractor crews for residential window and door installation projects. This is an opportunity to partner with a trusted brand and build your business with steady, year-round work. Renewal by Andersen provides materials, dumpsters, and support, allowing crews to focus on installation. Dedicated project managers ensure smooth communication and job completion.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of residential window and door installation experience.
• Excellent and verifiable carpentry skills.
• Must have an LLC/EIN, S-Corp, C-Corp, or Partnership.
• Carry full insurance: liability, auto, and workers’ compensation.
• Must have EPA/Lead Certification.
• Provide your own enclosed trailer or truck, equipped to transport windows, plus a metal brake and tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to bend, lift, and carry up to 90 lbs. unassisted.
• Strong organizational skills, time management, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential window and door installations.
• Focus on installation while Renewal by Andersen handles materials and support.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude when working with homeowners.
