Requirements
- Solid, working understanding of construction practices, installation techniques, and how window/door components function.
- Proven proficiency with installation tools and equipment, including a strict requirement for experience bending metal.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and efficiently manage a daily route of service appointments.
- Positive attitude and a calm, professional demeanor when dealing directly with clients in their homes.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record to safely operate a company vehicle.
- Ability to pass a standard background check.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality service, adjustments, and repair work on replacement windows and residential doors.
- Troubleshoot product performance and installation-related issues in the field, replacing sashes, hardware, balances, and other components as needed.
- Utilize your field expertise to make on-site adjustments, including wrapping and bending metal to ensure a flawless finish.
- Act as a clean, professional problem-solver. You will communicate clearly with homeowners, answer their questions, and leave them confident that their project is functioning perfectly.
