Serving Birmingham homes and businesses with quality, reliable service, our team is expanding again. We’re currently searching for 1–2 dependable individuals to join us in the field. Prior window cleaning or trade experience isn't required—if you bring a strong work ethic and a good attitude, we will teach you the rest. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver’s license to be considered for employment. Requirements

Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and work comfortably on your feet all day.
Willingness and comfort working on ladders when required.
Punctual, reliable, and at least 18 years of age.
Reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Clean residential and commercial glass, screens, and window tracks using professional techniques.
Work primarily from ground level, with routine ladder equipment used safely as trained.
Travel to local job sites daily using company transportation.
Interact professionally with clients to ensure high satisfaction on every job site.
Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required.
