The Window Cleaning Technician is responsible for completing residential and commercial window and exterior cleaning services while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a high standard of safety and professionalism. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, being outdoors, working as part of a team, and creating a great experience for customers. This position combines window cleaning, exterior service work, customer service, and teamwork in a fast-paced field environment.

Responsibilities

Execute our service offerings which include: interior & exterior window cleaning, pressure & soft washing, gutter cleaning, and full service Christmas and Holiday lighting services with precision and attention to detail.
Collaborate effectively with crew members to complete jobs safely, efficiently, and professionally.
Clear interaction with the Sparkle Squad team members, customers; handling customer inquiries, providing feedback, and resolving issues like job delays due to weather.
Communicate clearly with clients on-site, addressing questions and ensuring their satisfaction and expectations are met.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
Take pride in your tools by maintaining the upkeep of tools, supplies, and company service vehicles.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and continuously strive to exceed their expectations.
Ability to deliver service work orders at the direction of a Lead Technician or Operations Manager.
