The cleaning technician is responsible for managing daily work order completion, jobsite quality control, and fulfilling the needs of our customers to the best of their capabilities. We are looking for courteous, self-motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to our clients
Manage and execute daily assigned work orders
Able to demonstrate importance of safety in the workplace, set and follow safety standards, and report unsafe conditions to supervisor
Maintain weekly completed production standards and expectations
Acts as the liaison/ambassador for Fish Window Cleaning while interacting with customers
