About The Position
Up To Par Cleaning is looking for motivated individuals to join our growing Window Cleaning Division. We are a locally owned company that has proudly served our community for over 15 years, earning a reputation for professionalism, quality, and outstanding customer service. This role involves cleaning residential and commercial windows to the highest standards, performing interior and exterior cleaning using professional equipment, and cleaning window tracks, screens, mirrors, and glass doors. You will operate water-fed pole systems, ladders, and traditional window cleaning tools (training provided). The ideal candidate will work safely and efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience and representing Up To Par Cleaning with professionalism and integrity.
Requirements
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Enjoys working outdoors in a physically active environment.
- Is dependable, punctual, and takes pride in their work.
- Has excellent attention to detail.
- Is comfortable working on ladders and at heights (training provided).
- Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Can lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day.
- Works well independently and as part of a team.
Nice To Haves
- Previous window cleaning experience is a plus, but not required. We are happy to train the right individual who is eager to learn and committed to excellence.
