We are looking for a highly skilled, reliable Field Technician to join our growing team at Window Hero Atlanta. This is not an entry-level position and there is no training provided. Direct, professional experience in residential and commercial window cleaning and pressure washing is strictly required. We need a seasoned pro who can step into a fully equipped service truck on day one, execute jobs flawlessly, and maintain our high standards of efficiency and safety without hand-holding.

Requirements

• Proven, professional background in exterior cleaning (must have hands-on experience with commercial pressure washing, soft washing, and professional window cleaning techniques).
• Absolute comfort and experience handling ladders up to 32 feet safely and independently.
• Ability to handle physical outdoor work in various weather conditions and move heavy equipment daily.
• Reliability and punctuality; show up on time, every day, ready to roll.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• High standards; take pride in your work, notice the spots others miss, and are used to working efficiently to hit production goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide flawless interior and exterior window cleaning (including traditional squeegee and water-fed pole work) for residential and commercial properties.
• Operate commercial-grade pressure washers and specialized soft-wash systems to safely clean siding, roofs, driveways, and decks.
• Clear, flush, and inspect gutter systems safely and efficiently.
• Maintain clean, organized trucks and ensure all specialized tools (ladders, pumps, hoses) are properly cared for.
• Represent Window Hero Atlanta professionally on-site, communicating clearly with property owners and ensuring total job satisfaction.
