About The Position

A window technician is our entry-level position. You'll be paired with a Crew leader and quickly get trained to clean residential and commercial windows, gutters, power washing, and installing Christmas lights. As a Technician, you'll be responsible for performing these tasks at the guidance of your Crew leader, working as a team to get the job done in a professional and efficient manner, while holding yourself up to high quality standards.

Requirements

• Physically capable and able to safely move a 70lb ladder repeatedly throughout the day for cleaning windows and gutters
• Able to work from heights safely
• Must have initiative and a desire to stay busy
• Must be able to make the customer's satisfaction your top priority
• Must take pride in doing things the "right way" even when that's the "hard way"
• Must have a pleasant and professional demeanor, both in-person face to face with the customer, and on the phone
• Must have an eye for detail and be thorough
• Must pass a comprehensive background screen
• Must pass a drug test
