About The Position

SOR is hiring Exterior Cleaning Technicians in Charlotte. This role involves pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and holiday lighting. We offer paid training for both day and night shifts, starting September 14th. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training. The starting pay is $18 to $19 per hour, with weekly pay every Friday. Technicians who demonstrate initiative and professionalism have opportunities for rapid advancement into salaried leadership roles.

Requirements

• A valid NC or SC driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Dependable transportation to our Charlotte warehouse.
• Dependability.
• Comfort working at heights.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal safety instructions in English.
• A drug-free, safety-first mindset and professional conduct on the job.
• Physical capability to meet the demands of the role.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; we do not sponsor visas.

Nice To Haves

• Ladder, roof, or elevated work experience.
• Prior outdoor or physical work (construction, landscaping, roofing, moving, warehouse, agriculture).

Responsibilities

• Handle hoses, wands, ladders, and safety harnesses correctly and safely.
• Meet OSHA and internal safety standards on every job.
• Lift or pull up to 75 lbs, including holding equipment overhead for stretches of time.
• Work at height within fall-protection guidelines.
• Follow daily job assignments and safety protocols accurately.
