About The Position

Clean glass at commercial and residential locations, including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. The work involves some ladder use, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork. This role requires reliable transportation, proof of car insurance, and a valid driver’s license. Paid training is provided, and no prior experience is necessary. Full-time or part-time work is available year-round, with flexible hours and no nights or weekends. Compensation is listed as $90.00 per day, with a minimum hourly guarantee and the ability to earn up to $15 an hour or more, plus tips and additional commission opportunities. Equipment and uniforms are furnished. Fish Window Cleaning locations are independently owned and operated franchises.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license.
Reliable transportation.
Liability car insurance and proof of insurance.
Ability to read a street guide and follow directions.
Ability to write legibly and speak clearly.
Ability to count money and make change.
Self-motivated and able to work alone.
Able to stand for long periods.
Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
Able to perform repetitive motions with hands, wrists, and arms.
Able to work with arms above the head.
Able to bend and squat to ground level.
Able to work in temperatures ranging from 0 to 110 degrees.
Able to assemble, lift, and climb ladders up to 30 feet.
