About The Position

As a full-time Window and Door Service Technician at Pella Windows and Doors SW in Albuquerque, NM, you'll be the hero who ensures our high-quality products meet our customers' expectations. This is a full-time position based out of Albuquerque, NM, with additional service areas in Durango, CO, and El Paso, TX. You'll typically work 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM with plenty of overtime opportunities available! As a Window and Door Service Technician, your day starts bright and early as you grab the keys to your company-provided vehicle. You then head out on the road to customer sites across our service areas, where you inspect, diagnose, and service Pella windows and doors. Each job is a new puzzle to solve-whether it's a finicky hinge or a drafty window, you'll be using your tools and know-how to restore products to peak condition. Throughout the day, you competently communicate directly with homeowners, ensuring they're informed and satisfied, leaving them with a smile after every visit.

Requirements

• Driver's license
• Experience working with tools
• Customer service experience
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.

Nice To Haves

• Window and/or door experience
• Construction experience
