About The Position

The Winding Technician II will be responsible for inserting a variety of windings, including random and form coils, reading diagrams, and utilizing torches to braze connections on various windings. This role also involves taping insulation on form wound coils according to specifications. The position demands extreme attention to detail and a thorough understanding of work procedures and component applications. The employee will be accountable for producing high-quality parts for the next internal customer in the production chain.

Requirements

• Must be able to read gauges, calipers and micrometers
• High School diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Insert form wound and random wound coils
• Connect random wound and form wound windings
• Tape appropriate insulation on windings per specifications
• Comply with company quality and safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area
• Perform other duties as assigned
