About The Position

The Winder supports the production unit in achieving production targets by following established systems and processes. The role uses machinery and equipment on the shop floor and involves reading and interpreting technical diagrams and instructions for assembling products, systems, or panels. Work includes manual assembly and work with light hand tools, quality testing within defined production processes, and maintaining a clean work area while following standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assembly work to produce semi-finished or final products, systems, or panels, including packing when integrated with production lines.
• Perform work manually or using light hand tools.
• Carry out regular quality testing as part of a defined production process.
• Operate according to standard operating procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Use shop-floor machinery and equipment and read and interpret technical diagrams and assembly instructions.
