Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate complex machinery.
At least five years of filament winding experience.
Basic understanding of composite materials and manufacturing processes.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Good character, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Operate filament winding equipment to produce high-quality composite components.
Set up, calibrate, and maintain winding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
Work closely with experienced team members to develop expertise in filament winding operations.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support manufacturing goals and deadlines.
Assist in training new team members on filament winding processes and equipment.
Perform routine maintenance on filament winding equipment to ensure reliability and minimize downtime.
Identify and troubleshoot issues with equipment or processes, implementing solutions as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support efficient operations.
Conduct inspections of finished components to ensure they meet quality standards.
Document production processes and report any deviations or issues to the supervisor.
