About The Position

The Skyward Program by ENSA North America, a division of Mallory Safety & Supply, is your fast track into the wind energy workforce. This is not a traditional school program. Skyward is a job-first training pipeline, meaning you are matched with an employer before you ever begin training. Once selected, you’ll complete a 15-day hands-on training course and transition directly into full-time work as an Entry-Level Wind Technician. Requirements

  • No prior wind industry experience is required.
  • Motivated to begin a career in wind energy
  • Physically capable of climbing, lifting, and working at heights
  • Willing to travel and work outdoors
  • Reliable, safety-minded, and eager to learn
  • Able to pass required employer screenings
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Climb wind turbine towers safely using certified fall protection equipment
  • Perform inspections, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting on turbine systems
  • Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
  • Follow strict safety procedures and teamwork protocols
  • Travel frequently for project assignments
  • Support senior technicians and site supervisors
