Requirements

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Six months to one year experience of distribution or warehouse experience, preferably in the food-service industry.

Responsibilities

Providing “Food-service Beyond Expectations” to all Will Call customers. This is to be accomplished by providing timely and efficient delivery of orders, while maintaining a positive and pleasant attitude.
Pulling orders from various environments (Frozen, Chill, & Dry) in the warehouse and partnering with the Management team to ensure that customers are receiving their product in a timely manner.
Responsible for daily and weekly monitoring of Will Call staging areas across Frozen, Chill, and Dry storage environments, ensuring all unclaimed product is returned to inventory within 48 hours. Coordinate deliveries in collaboration with the Sales Support Coordinator.
Maintain effective and timely communication with Sales Support Coordinators via two-way/walkie-talkie radio systems.
Support receiving dock operations by contributing to workload management during slower periods.
Perform similar and related duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Uses the Company’s Mission/Vision Statements and Core Values as their guiding principles.
