Requirements

  • Distribution Center experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Electrical Products preferred
  • Must be willing to interact with customers.
  • Ability to lift 25lbs.
  • Must be willing to be certified on warehouse equipment.
  • Good Computer skills.
  • RF experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee/Instruct the Distribution Center Will-Call Team on the warehouse floor.
  • Manage the sales order picking Queue and assign picks in priority order.
  • Ensure all customers are taken care of in a timely manner
  • Manage elevated customer service complaints
  • Ensure the area is clean and neat
  • Collaborate with other warehouse departments
  • Clear out all tickets older than 5 days old with the Team.
  • Maintain appearance of the Kiosk area
  • Responsible for customer traffic in warehouse
  • Ensure all customer service requirements are met, such as Quick Service, Professional Image and Respectful Communication
  • Make sure all returns are handled according to company policy
  • You must be responsible for handing RF Guns and lock up after shift ends
  • Help train new and existing associates
  • Set Positive example of for Will-Call associates.
