About The Position

Provide exceptional customer service by processing warehouse will call and special orders: meet with existing customers to solve problems, collect receivable and CODs; improve customer relations and increase company sales and profits per profit plan.

Requirements

High School diploma required
2+ years of finance and/or administration experience focused on document flow and handling transactional processing with deposit processing experience preferred
Valid drivers license
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of an organization.
Must have exemplary listening skills to facilitate effective two-way communication.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excel proficient.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

Must be able to operate PC with appropriate software.
Scanning of back up support for checks, remittances, and other customer documents.
Must be able to communicate politely and effectively by telephone and in person.
Must be able to operate a motor vehicle in adverse weather conditions up to 200 miles per day.
Must be able to lift items weighing up to 100 pounds and carry boxes under full weight of load approximately 25 feet, from vehicle into customer's place of business.
Must be able to operate a hand truck/dolly.

Must be able to access all areas of customer buildings i.e., nar
Perform well under pressure and in highly charged situations.
