Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED (required)
  • Strong communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience or training in customer service or a related field (preferred)
  • E1 and Service Titan experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Ensures the fulfillment of customer orders and communicates with customers to ensure needs are met.
  • Effectively engaging customers with attention to key business requirements and expectations, as well as providing relevant and relational order information; information related to new products and product accessories; and providing product specifications, programs, training, and pricing and delivery information.
