Requirements

  • Ability to safely navigate customer properties, including climbing stairs and ladders, accessing crawl spaces, attics, roofs, and other confined areas.
  • Ability to safely lift and move equipment and materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying seasonal weather conditions.
  • Comfortable using computers, smartphones, tablets, and mobile applications.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with potential customers by appointment, prepare proposals, present solutions, and close new business opportunities.
  • Perform rodent and wildlife inspections and services, including bees, wasps, bed bugs, fleas, and other nuisance pests.
  • Diagnose and resolve wildlife and pest issues using industry best practices.
  • Create and interpret property diagrams and explain treatment plans to customers.
  • Review service agreements and contracts with customers and collect payments.
  • Perform wildlife exclusion services.
  • Conduct live and snap trap inspections and maintenance.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while building strong customer relationships.
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
