About The Position
Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Restaurant Server to join the team at The Wigwam, a Four Diamond property with 331 guest rooms across 440 acres. The Wigwam is a historic Arizona landmark known for its authentic Arizona experience. The server will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience by presenting menus, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and tidy environment. This role requires someone quick on their feet with an engaging attitude, who enjoys making meaningful connections and stepping up to win the day. This is an opportunity for a driven individual to grow and learn at a world-class property.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of food service experience
- Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities
- Prepare the restaurant pre-shift for the service ahead
- Greet guests as they arrive or move about the restaurant
- Guide guests on their culinary journey through descriptive selling of the menu
- Be accurate in order taking, confirming all special requests
- Be the master of the menu, understanding the details to enhance the conversation
- Work collaboratively with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
- Assist guests who have concerns to guide them to a resolution that leaves them happy
- Finalize the experience through timely and accurate bill presentation
