Requirements
- 2+ years of experience installing vinyl graphics, wall coverings, signage, or wide-format graphics
- Experience with large wall murals, corporate branding graphics, and window film installation
- Strong understanding of vinyl application techniques
- Ability to use measuring tools, levels, knives, squeegees, and heat guns.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Comfortable working on ladders and lifts
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- A valid drivers license and access to reliable transportation to and from work
- Lifting up to 55 pounds
Responsibilities
- Install large-format wall graphics, murals, and environmental branding elements
- Install window graphics, frosted privacy films, perforated window films, and vinyl decals
- Measure installation areas and verify site conditions before installation
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and ensuring proper adhesion conditions
- Apply graphics using wet and dry application methods
- Trim, align, and finish graphics to professional standards
- Operate ladders, scaffolding, and lifts safely when required
- Read and interpret installation drawings, floor plans, and production specifications
- Communicate with project managers and clients regarding installation schedules and site requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues in the field
- Maintain installation tools, equipment, and company vehicles
- Assist with packaging, staging, and transportation of graphics materials
- Ensure all installations meet quality standards and client expectations
