The role supports participant intake, certification processing, benefit issuance, and scheduling while also delivering nutrition assessment, education, and counseling services after achieving Competent Professional Authority (CPA) certification. The position ensures efficient clinic flow while maintaining compliance with federal and state WIC regulations. Staff in this role work collaboratively with nutritionists, program leadership, and other WIC staff to deliver high-quality participant services.
