About The Position

We are seeking Wi-Fi Test Engineers who has experience in validate Wi Fi technologies including 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax, mesh networking, band steering, roaming, and wireless backhaul. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Wi-Fi protocol testing, debugging, and automation.

Requirements

5 years of hands-on experience in Wi-Fi testing.
Strong experience in device testing, wireless networking or broadband hardware.
Strong understanding of 802.11 protocols and RF behaviour.
Experience with Wi-Fi test tools (Wireshark, Octoscope, etc.).
Experience in validate Wi Fi technologies including 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax, mesh networking, band steering, roaming, and wireless backhaul
Experience with protocols such as DHCP, DNS, IPv4/IPv6, NAT, TCP/UDP and other connectivity standards.
Proficiency in Java or other scripting languages for automation.
Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Perform end to end user experience testing of gateways, Wi Fi extenders, and home networking devices, covering functional, performance, regression, and interoperability scenarios.
Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and test scripts (Java, cucumber) to increase coverage and efficiency.
Validate Wi Fi technologies including 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax, mesh networking, band steering, roaming, and wireless backhaul.
Analyze and troubleshoot issues across end-to-end.
Work with protocols such as DHCP, DNS, IPv4/IPv6, NAT, TCP/UDP and other connectivity standards.
Drive automation strategy, improve test processes, and contribute to continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
Collaborate closely with development, product, and architecture teams to ensure high quality, stable releases.
Conduct root cause analysis, identify quality gaps, and recommend improvements.
Mentor junior engineers, provide technical guidance, and help shape test strategy at a product/feature level.
Excellent communication, problem solving, debugging, and documentation skills.
