This Temporary role of Wholesale Representative will provide coverage and support to our Pet Brands wholesale team during a team member’s leave of absence. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to wholesale customers, assisting customers with product selection, processing orders and returns, and supporting the day-to-day needs of the wholesale team.
Requirements
- STRONG VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- NETSUITE EXPERIENCE A PLUS
- QUICK LEARNER
- PROFICIENCY WITH COMPUTERS AND MICROSOFT OFFICE, INCLUDING EXCEL
- HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR GED REQUIRED
- ABILITY TO MULTITASK A MUST
Nice To Haves
- PREVIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICER AND/OR SALES EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
Responsibilities
- Receive and respond to customer service and sales related phone calls and emails
- Receive orders and create sales orders
- Communicate customer and order needs to the fulfillment team
- Respond to customer questions via email, phone and CRM software
- Assist in order fulfillment when necessary
- Stay up to date on new product offerings
- Attend sales and marketing meetings when required
- Provide additional support to the wholesale team as business needs require
- Any other duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and abide by our Company’s Values.
