This role is home-based with frequent field travel (up to 60%) and requires residency in the Eastern region, ideally near a major hub. The Region Director of Wholesale is responsible for developing and executing business development strategies to grow wholesale business across our work and hunt brands in the independent account segment. They will lead a team of territory sales managers and territory account reps, ensuring effective execution of strategies and attainment of revenue and profitability goals. This role will also collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure the success of the entire North America Work organization.
