About The Position

Parrish Tire Company is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Wholesale Operations Analyst to support our wholesale sales and operations teams. This position helps manage the systems, information, and processes connecting Parrish Tire with its customers, dealers, suppliers, and strategic partners. The Wholesale Operations Analyst/ADM will coordinate customer accounts, wholesale orders, dealer programs, partner portals, sales reporting, and B2B platform administration. The right candidate will be comfortable working in several systems, managing recurring deadlines, troubleshooting administrative issues, and communicating with internal and external partners.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong administrative, computer, data-entry, reporting, and recordkeeping skills.
Proficiency with email, word-processing software, spreadsheets, online portals, and electronic document-management systems.
Ability to prepare accurate reports and manage recurring deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to following established procedures.
Professional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive company and customer information.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with sales, operations, leadership, customers, and outside partners.

Nice To Haves

Experience in sales support, customer-account administration, reporting, wholesale operations, distribution, or administrative support.
Experience in the tire, automotive, transportation, distribution, or multi-location service industry.
Experience with Tireweb, PartsTech, AMI, GOA, Sequel, SFTP, or comparable business platforms.
Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience supporting B2B sales platforms, customer integrations, or partner portals.

Responsibilities

Manage workflows related to sellout reporting, dealer incentive programs, and other recurring wholesale sales processes.
Prepare regular and ad hoc sales reports for leadership.
Work with partner portals and electronic tools used for information sharing, account management, and order processing.
Troubleshoot process and access issues involving partner portals and wholesale systems.
Establish, maintain, and administer user access to partner portals and B2B sales platforms.
Support internal and external users with credentials, account setup, customer information, and custom integrations.
Process and coordinate dealer transfers, wholesale orders, customer-account updates, and supporting documentation.
Maintain accurate information related to inventory, pricing, sales, customers, and dealer programs.
Organize and distribute sales and marketing materials supporting wholesale sales initiatives.
Communicate professionally with sales representatives, customers, vendors, suppliers, and company leadership.
Identify process concerns and escalate issues requiring leadership attention.
Support special projects and changing departmental priorities as needed.
