About The Position

Acrisure Mortgage is seeking a highly organized Wholesale Mortgage Client Relationship Specialist to join our FBC Mortgage TPO Division. The Wholesale Mortgage Client Relationship Specialist will support our TPO Division through broker onboarding, account maintenance, and operational support. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong attention to detail, and have experience working with mortgage compliance, broker approvals, and third-party originator relationships. Position Overview The Wholesale Mortgage Client Relationship Specialist is responsible for supporting the onboarding, maintenance, and compliance oversight of third-party originator (TPO) accounts. This role manages the review and verification of broker approval documentation, maintains account data within Comergence and Encompass systems, and ensures ongoing compliance with company, investor, FHA, and VA requirements. This position also provides operational support through daily management of the Broker Approval and TPO Ops Support inboxes, responding to inquiries from internal and external business partners, and assisting with account updates, approvals, and operational requests in a timely and professional manner.

  • Knowledge of compliance, investor requirements, and audit preparation
  • Proficiency with Encompass and Comergence systems preferred

Responsibilities

  • Review and onboard new accounts, including analysis and verification of MARI reports, financial statements, business licenses, NMLS Consumer Access records, and additional required approval documentation.
  • Manage and maintain broker data within Comergence and Encompass systems.
  • Process annual broker recertifications and ensure all required documentation is current and compliant.
  • Perform ongoing maintenance and updates within Comergence and Encompass.
  • Submit and organize documentation required for internal and external audits.
  • Manage VA-related processes, approvals, and reporting requirements.
  • Manage FHA-related processes, approvals, and reporting requirements.
  • Ensure account records remain accurate, complete, and compliant with company and investor guidelines.
  • Monitor and respond to Broker Approval inbox inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and respond to TPO Ops Support inbox inquiries.
  • Provide support and communication to internal and external business partners regarding account status, approvals, and operational requests.
