About The Position

This role is full-time at our Hampden, ME location Sullivan Tire, an employee-owned company, is currently seeking a Wholesale Customer Service Rep. This person will support sales efforts by providing customer service and order fulfillment to our internal and wholesale customers. Works closely with management to increase profitability through improved efficiency and productivity. Adheres to internal controls, policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school diploma with two years of customer service experience
  • Excellent phone skills with the ability to offer highest quality of customer service
  • Customer Service attitude
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and Inventory Management Database
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Multi-tasks
  • Detailed-oriented
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Nice To Haves

  • Tire and automotive service industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service and support to our internal and wholesale customers via telephone
  • Provide customers with current product information, quotations and inventory to fulfill orders
  • Process accurately and efficiently orders for internal and wholesale customers for the purchase of tires, parts and service
  • Performs data entry and administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner
  • Coordinates deliveries with shipping departments
  • Assumes additional responsibilities as requested
