About The Position

The Wholesale, BT and Catering Specialist is responsible for supporting the Leisure/BT/Wholesale Director and the Catering and Services team with administrative and operational tasks. This role involves managing correspondence, preparing reports, coordinating bookings, and assisting with sales strategies to help achieve hotel revenue goals. The individual in this position should be proactive, have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong understanding of the hospitality industry to provide exceptional support for clients and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales or administrative role desired, preferably in the hospitality or luxury hotel industry.
  • Experience with hotel booking system, CRM Software, or sales tools.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with sales software.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
