The Loan Operations Analyst supports the end-to-end operating control framework for Deutsche Bank’s whole loan trading activity, with a focus on residential mortgage products and related trade lifecycle processes. The role acts as a critical bridge between the Front Office, Operations, Derivatives Middle Office, Treasury Services, Cash Operations, servicers, custodians, and other control partners to ensure trades are captured, validated, settled, reconciled, and evidenced in a controlled and transparent manner. This includes reconciling loan remittances with loan servicers, validating payments for loan purchases and sales, supporting pre-securitization activity, and helping maintain accurate books and records across the trade lifecycle. This role is responsible for day-to-day operational support and control execution for the Whole Loan Trading business. The analyst helps protect the integrity of the trade lifecycle by ensuring key economic, loan-level, settlement, funding, and system details are complete, accurate, appropriately approved, and supported by clear documentation. The role requires adherence to policies and procedures, strong four-eye control discipline, timely exception follow-up, and a service-oriented approach to supporting internal and external stakeholders while mitigating operational risk.
